Our Corporate Policies

Effective date: September 22, 2026

Applies to:
Customer coaching, mentoring, consultation, research, review, editing, and related services
These policies describe how 5-Minute AI Consult (“the business”) provides its services. Booking, purchasing, or participating in a service constitutes acceptance of the policies in effect on the date of booking or purchase, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
1. Purpose and scope
The business provides educational and advisory services to help customers understand and use artificial-intelligence tools for education, business, productivity, content creation, research, communication, marketing, and other appropriate purposes. Services may include instruction, demonstrations, guided practice, prompt development, content review, editing, research, tool recommendations, workflow design, and strategic consultation.
Services are intended to build customers’ knowledge and ability to use AI effectively. They do not guarantee income, employment, sales, audience growth, academic results, or any other specific personal or commercial outcome.
2. Coaching and mentoring
AI coaching focuses on practical skill development. It may cover AI fundamentals, writing and content creation, research, planning, marketing, education, productivity, and workflow development. The business may explain concepts, demonstrate tools and methods, suggest exercises, review customer work, and provide constructive feedback.
AI mentoring provides personalized advice based on a customer’s goals, experience, industry, and circumstances. It may include evaluating plans, identifying potential AI use cases, researching tools, comparing options, and preparing recommendations or an implementation roadmap.
Customers are expected to participate, provide accurate information, review work carefully, and make their own final decisions about using AI-generated material. Coaching and mentoring do not include unlimited technical support, completion of an entire customer project, or work outside the agreed scope.
3. Customer information and assessment
Customers must provide information that is accurate, complete, and relevant to the requested service. Depending on the engagement, this may include goals, industry, experience, tools, budget, technical environment, intended audience, and timeframe.
The business may assess a request to determine whether a service is suitable and may decline requests that fall outside the service scope or present unacceptable legal, ethical, safety, or professional risks. If a customer’s goals, requirements, or circumstances change, the parties may agree to revise the scope, timeline, or price.
4. Research, review, and editing
Research may cover AI tools, software features, pricing, industry practices, educational resources, workflows, and implementation methods. Findings may be shared verbally, in writing, through demonstrations, or as comparisons, recommendations, resource lists, or action plans. Research reflects information reasonably available when it is conducted; tools, pricing, features, availability, and policies can change.
Review and editing may address clarity, organization, grammar, readability, relevance, tone, prompt quality, and alignment with the customer’s stated purpose. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, these services do not constitute legal or financial review, medical review, formal fact-checking, plagiarism analysis, copyright clearance, professional certification, or a guarantee of accuracy.
Customers must review final material before publishing, submitting, distributing, selling, or relying on it.
5. Accuracy and human review
AI systems may produce inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated, or unsuitable results. The business encourages customers to verify important names, dates, figures, calculations, quotations, citations, translations, recommendations, and other claims.
Customers are responsible for applying human judgment and for the accuracy, legality, suitability, originality, and final approval of material they use.
6. Deliverables, acceptance, and revisions
A service or deliverable is considered accepted when the customer approves it electronically or in writing, uses or publishes it, submits or distributes it, or does not request changes within seven calendar days after delivery.
Unless a separate agreement provides otherwise, one reasonable revision round is included. Revision requests must relate to the original agreed objective and be submitted within seven calendar days of delivery. New objectives, substantial changes, additional languages or formats, further research, and additional deliverables may be treated as new services and may incur additional charges. Corrections needed because of an error by the business will be made without an additional fee.
7. Ethical and acceptable use
Services may not be used to facilitate fraud, impersonation, deception, academic cheating, harassment, discrimination, unauthorized access, illegal surveillance, harmful misinformation, intellectual-property infringement, circumvention of security measures, or other unlawful activity.
The business may refuse, suspend, or terminate a request that raises serious legal, ethical, safety, or professional concerns.
8. Confidentiality and customer materials
Customers should provide only information necessary for the service. Do not submit passwords, authentication codes, payment credentials, government identification numbers, confidential customer records, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Customer materials will be used to provide the agreed service. The business will not publicly use a customer’s name, work, recordings, testimonials, or project details without appropriate permission. Customers confirm they have the right to provide any text, image, recording, document, data, or other material submitted.
9. Third-party tools
The business may recommend or demonstrate third-party AI tools, software, platforms, or services. Those products are controlled by their providers, who may change their terms, prices, features, availability, or performance. The business does not guarantee that a third-party tool will remain available, work on a particular device, integrate with a customer’s systems, retain its current pricing, or produce a particular result.
Customers are responsible for reviewing third-party terms and deciding whether to use or purchase a recommended product.
10. Scheduling and attendance
Sessions must be scheduled in advance. Customers should provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Missed sessions and cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged as scheduled.
If the business cancels a session, the customer may reschedule or receive a credit for the affected service. Delays caused by missing customer information, late feedback, unavailable tools, or customer scheduling issues may extend delivery timelines.
11. Payment and additional services
Payment is due under the service description, invoice, booking terms, or written agreement. The business may suspend or delay services when payment is overdue.
Work outside the agreed scope requires customer approval before it begins. Additional charges may apply to extra sessions, additional revision rounds, new projects, additional languages or formats, urgent work, technical setup, extended research, or implementation support.
12. Refunds and service concerns
Refunds are governed by the terms stated when the customer books or purchases a service. Customers should report concerns promptly, describe the issue, and state the resolution they are seeking.
The business will make reasonable efforts to correct incomplete or incorrectly delivered work. A change in preference or business direction, dissatisfaction with a third-party tool, or failure to implement recommendations does not automatically constitute a service failure.
13. Professional limitations and implementation
Services are educational and advisory. They are not a substitute for licensed professional review or for medical care, mental-health treatment, cybersecurity services, or legal, tax, financial, immigration, or employment advice. Customers should consult an appropriately qualified professional about decisions involving significant legal, financial, medical, regulatory, employment, or personal risk.
Customers remain responsible for evaluating recommendations, reviewing AI output, protecting accounts and information, obtaining required permissions, meeting applicable requirements, and making final decisions. The business is not responsible for losses, missed opportunities, inaccurate third-party information, software outages, platform changes, customer implementation decisions, or consequences arising from customers’ use of AI-generated material.
14. Complaints and feedback
Customers are encouraged to raise concerns during or after a service. A complaint should identify the service, explain the specific concern, and state the requested correction or resolution.
Depending on the circumstances, the business may correct the work, provide a replacement deliverable, schedule a follow-up discussion, offer a credit, or explain why the requested outcome falls outside the agreed scope.
15. Policy updates
The business may update these policies as services, technology, legal requirements, or business practices change. The version in effect on the date of a new booking or purchase applies to that service unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Customer acknowledgment: By purchasing or participating in 5-Minute AI Consult coaching or mentoring, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these policies.
